| San Marzano Tomatoes |
Hip, hip horray for tomato season! I drove out to Givhans this morning to meet Facebook friends Paul & Lana Nelson. Paul gave me a tour of his personal Eden and sent me home with arms full of tomatoes, onions and blueberries. I am nibbling on the fresh berries right now. It is a fresh veggie Christmas!
I'll be using every favorite tomato recipe I can think of to use up these treasures and best of all it was a delight to meet Paul & Lana in person.
