I had visited the new skateboard park  - SK8 Charleston during construction and was eager to go back and see the action. What fun! The park is part of the Charleston park system. It seems to have attracted a pretty diverse group - all ages, fathers and sons and some girls. One gentleman was on roller blades sailing around smoothly.

We had a great brunch at Rutledge Cab Company and then enjoyed sitting in the warm sun on the observation deck and enjoyed watching the action.
