It makes me sad seeing these grand homes that used to be officer's housing falling apart. I spent many summers on the golf course and in the Officer's Club pool that was right about where the new Waterfront Park is. I guess time moves on and things change for the sake of progress.
They have lost pride!
This one needs a lot of work.
It is very sad. It sounds like you have wonderful memories of the area. I visit and walk that part of town a couple of times a year. I loved the old chapel.
And financing. Very sad.
