Charleston Dragon Boat Festival

From my quick walk through this morning the 8th annual Dragon Boat Festival appears to have been a grand success. I tried to catch the teams I knew for group photos and enjoyed the colorful and high energy crowd as much as the races themselves. The festival raises $150,000 for cancer survivor programs. Well done paddlers!

Quite a crowd, and a good cause. We have one of those here as well, but not until the summer.
