The weekend has been filled with happy holiday chaos in Charleston but I have managed to skirt most of the crowds and still enjoy myself. I hope you did as well. I had recently purchased a new fire bowl for my back yard, put it together, bought firewood and my semi-annual hot dog and enjoyed a little back yard campfire. It was a real treat. I have a small but heavily wooded back yard and it was my reward for raking pile after pile of leaves.

These windows are great, especially the one with the dog, the pie and the alarmed pet/pie owner!
That was the one I spotted first and with the bright sun I wasn't sure if it was real or paint.
It was good. I rarely eat a hot dog or burger but I have had one of each this December
The window ones are on the little cinderblock building that used to have the train museum before it moved to Citadel Mall. Now it is some kind of community center.
There are a couple of other good murals up there so you are guaranteed to find something fun.
