I love these little barber shops. Almost every town in South Carolina has one that looks very much like this.

Merisi, in the Facebook discussion on the same image it was decided that Fashion was probably the owner's last name. That is a family name in that town. In the phone book it is listed as "Fashion's Barber Shop".
