Why I am not a foodie blogger...


No, it wasn't a pepper meat dish. The top of the pepper grinder flew off and dumped all the contents on the short ribs. Heheh. No romantic cooking pictures with casually strewn fresh flowers on granite counter tops here. No worries. I shook them off and they were delicious. Pepper encrusted short ribs.

I am such a messy scatterbrained cook. I look at all these picturesque and stylish cooking blogs and wonder what kind of life they lead. Still - the spare ribs were delicious!

Ha! I did that the other day with pizza - thought I was shaking red pepper flakes, and ended up dumping whole peppercorns. Shaking them off is the only way to go!
