Bull St. Gourmet opens on King St.

Bull St. Gourmet, King St., Charleston, S.C.

Bull St. Gourmet has been open on Bull St. since 2006 and today they expanded to a second larger location on King St. just above Broad. This evening was their opening for friends, family and apparently the wandering neighborhood blogger - me! Yipee!

The restaurant was packed with people exploring the goodies on the shelves and tasty treats were served at stations as well as by wandering servers - sushi, braised short ribs, cheese and lamb meat balls. It was all delicious and the location is happily on my regular walking route. We are so lucky to have yet another great choice for food in Charleston.

Thanks for inviting me gentlemen! I wish you all the best.

That's great! I love seeing a well-run business do well and expand. :)

It looks like it has a collection of happy workers or those who are impressed by the photographer! I agree that it is wonderful to see a business expand successfully, and I wish them lots of luck, esp. in this economy. The salad looks terrific, but...duck fat?!

Nice pictures. Thank you for sharing them. We are very excited for The Bull Street crew. This market will be a valuable asset to the neighborhood.

lowandslow - I agree. These folks seem to know what they are doing.

Kate - I know! Duck Fat....cringe. Tasty I am sure but I've never seen it in a bucket.

DownHome Design - I'll be back!
