Free money!

Spring St., Charleston, S.C.

I bet someone watches from a window laughing as people try to pick up the dollar bill. It is set in a puddle of clear acrylic. Heheh.

Works better with a dot of epoxy on the back of a quarter. I don't know many people that would pick up a dollar out of an unidentified puddle of something on a sidewalk. Ew!

My dad epoxied a nickel onto the front stoop of the house I grew up in, and I can't tell you how many times we answered the doorbell to the sight of the top of someone's head as they tried to pick up the nickel.

Egads, I miss my dadder.

Abby - it is close to the Black Bean Co. on Spring St. :)

Marcheline - you are sooooo right. I don't think I would touch it. It looks like someone did try to pry it up though. Yuck!

Reminds me of a movie called The Mahic Christian, about the things people will do for money.

Some were pretty grotty.

I wouldn't pick up that nasty buck in all that goo. Now if it were a C-note.... :)
