This is what happens at Easter time in Charleston. I'll be off the peninsula tomorrow morning but this is a photo from years past to let you know what is in store. 11 a.m. If tradition hold, they go from Washington Park to the Battery.

I think these were the gals who either had hats to heavy to walk in or who were too elderly.
