Go Red Day - Heart Disease Awareness

Go Red for Women Day, Charleston, S.C.

Here is my Go Red for Women photo. I bought thirty helium ballons and tried to figure out how to make a heart shape out of them. Below is my template. Heheh. Not bad. I work with such cool folk.

Click here to join the Go Red website for heart healthy info and upload your photos to the national Go Red for Women website.

That is so cool. When do you sleep? With your long walks around Charleston and your charity work, plus your J-O-B. You obviously love what you do.

bfarr - I do need more sleep. My job is happy chaos indeed!

Leif - I work with some good sports. They agree to all my wacky ideas.

Great photo. Thanks for all your work in promoting health awareness. I wore red yesterday and notice many of my fellow workers did likewise. Recently I became a member of the Zipper Club.

Joe - It is my pet cause. They are making such incredible advances in the care of heart disease. I like being on a winning team. I hope you are doing well.
