I know it for a fact because I drove out to the hospital to watch the nurses lift him from the warming isolette and carry him out to the manger.
Visitors have been reporting the missing baby Jesus for weeks at the hospital but this is our tradition. He waits in the Newborn Nursery until midnight on Christmas Eve and this evening Jessie gently did the honors.

It is a sweet tradition isn't it! It startles new nurses to see him laying in the crib in the Nursery. He is a tad jaundiced in my opinion. I agree - the angel looks so adoring. It is a lovely manger scene.
