Chhchchhhhhh..changes!

King & Wentworth St., Charleston, S.C.
Every time I walk downtown I spot a change so here is an update from my walk this morning. There is a lot of activity at King and Wentworth. I was confused because the business is Vineyard Vines so I assumed we were going to have a new wine shop but apparently it is a preppy style clothing store. Check them out here: Vineyard Vines.

Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar, Charleston, S.C.
New mural spotted on Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar just off East Bay St.

Minero, Charleston, S.C.
Chef Sean Brock's new casual Mexican Restaurant Minero opened on East Bay St. yesterday. Check out the website and menu here. It looks affordable and yummy.

I'm so jealous of all your cool restaurants in Charleston!

And with a name like "Vineyard Vines" I would have expected a wine store, too. What a bummer!

That place really needs to rethink their name. How many people would think the exact same thing?

Minero looks delicious. Another goodie from Chef Brock.

We are spoiled with restaurants. They open faster than I can keep up with them!

Odd,eh? I'll have to backtrack and figure out the reason.

I know! I am looking forward to giving it a try.

I'm trying to figure out if they're painting a white building yellow and they're almost through, or whether they're painting a yellow building white, and have just got started. Love the fish store mural! Very cheerful.
