Travel Tuesdays - Drinking Local

Drinking Assam Tea in Assam, India
I had lunch recently in the Single Smile Cafe in Summerville and picked out a bag of Organic Assam Tea from their wonderful selection. I boasted that I had enjoyed Assam Tea in Assam (above). Reflecting back, I have sipped Darjeeling in Darjeeling, Assam in Assam, Kenyan tea in Kenya, Cocoa tea in Peru and Charleston Tea Plantation Tea  on Johns Island.

More photos from the Assam trip in this album. *Travel Tuesdays will feature photos taken out of Charleston and the Lowcountry.  Join me for Travel Tuesday field trips!

I'm slightly jealous of all the places you've been to and had tea!

Sadly it also means I have visited all their bathrooms. Not always such a pleasure. I say my hips aren't as big as they appear in travel photos - I have all of my pockets stuffed with toilet paper. Heheh.

Teawordly traveler!
I try to imagine the pleasure to go truly local, having tea where it comes from. Must be bliss! ;-)

And now there is even truly British tea to savor. Have you already booked your flight?

And you have the teacup pinky finger down perfect, too. Always in character, you are. ;)

Pretty impressive to go to the source to drink their tea!

Yes, ma'am! Started early and still enjoy each cup.

Cool! I didn't know they had a British tea. Might need to check on that!

Heheh....it was posed.

It just happened since I drink tea everywhere anyway.

I've seen tons of pics of you throughout the years and admit that I don't always leave comments (hardly ever, sorry, plus I haven't visited in quite awhile) but that photo of you with the blue baseball hat on is truly the prettiest picture of you ever !

(I should be in bed, but waiting for the storm is making me so anxious)

The Cheap Airfare Bharat flights square measure the low price airlines just like the coraciiform bird airlines, Jetlite, GoAir, SpiceJet et al.. These airlines give low airfares to the fliers. additionally, the supply of the airlines tickets has really modified the means we glance towards the luxurious of air. Bharat are conferred to you at her best in an exceedingly golden triangle tour India. it's like flipping through a history text book in one hand and 'chai' (tea) in another.
