Interesting. Taking a shortcut on my walk through the college campus I spotted this "Cell Phone" booth. Hmmmm....snooping inside all I found was a poster of cattle. What do you think? Student prank of some kind?

I think it's hysterically funny. Perhaps someone's idea of a way to keep annoying LOUD rude people on cell phones away from the general public. I'm all for it!
