Very old fashioned. I expect it would need a good deal of work to convert into a home.

It's a great property. When we moved to Holly Hill it was closed due to a mold infestation. A few years later it was professionally rehabbed with funds that were donated after the passing of a long term parishioner. About the same time a new church was built in Santee and this was used for weekly rosary devotions and special events. Torie received her First Communion there. We have lots of fond memories of Sunday School classes and weekday masses. As far as I know it's been closed up for some time. Would be a great place for someone to use as a wedding chapel or something. I've been told the property was the site of a German POW camp during WWII. Not sure how accurate that is.

Omigoodness! That makes it even more precious! I want it. It doesn't make any sense but I do.
