Art Walk - Blog Style

Spencer Art Gallery, Broad St., Charleston, S.C.
I friend mentioned at dinner that she had spotted me walking down Broad St. True. I walked past the series of galleries on Broad Street's Gallery Row and enjoyed capturing snippets of paintings in the windows - some with reflections, some with real flowers in the shots.

I am not sure I can do the art galleries justice by matching up the names and artists but I will go back through my camera card and see what I can do. Meanwhile, enjoy my quirky little art walk!

The art in the third shot particularly appeals to me.

Yes, it caught my eye as well. We have such good taste.

There's just something very cool and classy about a frog sitting on a bench (while whistling?)!

Wonderful series of photos .. I especially like the first photo with the real flowers in the foreground and the painting in the background .. I also like the fourth photo with the window frame in the foreground.

Oh, I love art walks. The paintings here are so compelling. And it's warm enough (?) to walk. Lovely.
