Anniversary Brick

George St., Charleston, S.C.
Awwww. Isn't this sweet?

I'm still trying to figure out how they did it. There are no other inscribed bricks in this area. The bricks here were laid before 2012. Did they pay enough to have a brick removed to put theirs in? It matches perfectly. Inquisitive minds want to know and to with them a happy anniversary.

Edit: I found out more about them. Long time College of Charleston connection.

Wow - that is sweet! I need your slightly medical related opinion (mostly social though) on something. Swing by my place if you have a minute!

If one of them were a stonecutter, it would be no problem as work can be done on-site. My husband's grandfather was a stonecutter -- he did cornerstones, tombstones, whatever was called for.

Marcheline - Just read your entry. Yuck, yuck and double yuck. What a horrible way to wake up.

This street corner is right by the college of Charleston and it looks like they were long time connections. Sadly it appears he passed away recently.
