No - and they haven't given up. There is always some activity and progress.
Looks like they've improved the foundation and supporting columns. Not a bad place to start. It should be gorgeous when finished!
Maybe they're doing it "pay as you go".
Wow I just looked at the house in Clio!! Holey Moley that is an awesome house!!! $270,000 I can only imagine how much it would be anywhere near Charleston....or civilization period!

Well they seem to ave stabilized the foundation. I like the mismatched second story window.
Those porches are fabulous.
