May not be truly healthy, but delicious! Haven't had a decent smoked pork hock in years; guess I'll just have to go South to find some!

Pig parts aren't just for eating! A few weeks ago, here in my little Kentucky town, a lady went on a rampage in a gas station market. She finally managed to shatter the plate glass window in the front of the store by throwing a jar of pickled pigs' feet through it. Only in the south!
