Ink good enough to eat

Look familiar? I posted this back in February 2010 after having dinner with chef Sean Brock. He had come from his tattoo artist and we carefully peeled the sticky wrap off his arm to get a picture of his fresh tattoo. It was only partially done at that time. Now look at the amazing image below. Yep. That is Chef Brock's arm featured in Vogue Magazine. How cool is that?! Pretty darn cool. He has all his favorite veggies on his arm.

Thanks to Holy City Sinners for the image scan.

He'll be sorry some day.

It is, isn't it? It would make a good poster.

I think his good times have been so good that he won't have any regrets. I can't keep up with Chef Sean Brock's successes. He is everywhere.

Thanks for sourcing back (even if I stole it from Husk's Facebook page first haha). It's cool you got to see the tattoo in progress!

I remember it clearly. It was for my birthday and we ate at Fish Restaurant. Since Sean joined us we were treated like royalty and got the kitchen tour. It was great fun.
