Guess where?

Isn't it beautiful? The inlays are mostly food related - spoons, bottle ends etc. Any one know where it is?

I'm guessing it's in the sidewalk in front of some mega-cool Charleston bistro that serves mint juleps and chocolatinis. Maybe it even has a cool bistro name, like "Marco's"... or "Bleu"... or "Garage Lounge".

Am I close?

Marcheline - you are very warm and you don't even live here. It is in the sidewalk at the entrance. Best place for sunsets over the water. I'll wait and see if any locals guess it. :)

I have no idea, but it is really cool.

Vickery's as you start up the outside stairs.
They displayed an array of old ashtrays all around the former place downtown.

Chuck got it! Isn't it cool? They have a neat mosaic of broken china at the entrance that I took some photos of as well.

For non-locals this is a mind-bender, but thanks Chuck!

Hi Joan, is this at Shem Creek? I want to file this away for my next visit. Looks like a place I'd like to visit. Love me some sunsets on the water.

DWright - The downtown Vickery's closed. This is on Shem Creek on the Charleston side. They have plenty of parking and you can sit outside and watch the sunset over the marsh. Lovely. Their Caesar Salmon salad is yummy!
