National Go Red Day

Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, S.C.

I LOVE working with people who go along with my whacky ideas! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Visit the national Go Red day website for ideas on ways to stay healthy yourself and prevent heart disease.

Very cute. Some of those women have an impressive vertical leap. (But, YOU need to do some jumping practice . . . )

Doug - Yes, we even have flowers!

Jack - I started with a big group and then narrowed down to a few people who might be able to jump :). This shot is tricky. I took out the pictures where my shirt flew up and my belly showed. Heheh.

maggsworld - we are kinda crazy. I am running out of original ideas!

This group is downright gravity defying. Do they work this sort of escaping the bonds of earth miracle on the job, too?

Fun to celebrate a good cause and have fun while doing it!

Joan, I've always loved you for being such an "up" person. This photo proves it!

brattcat - I had to recruit help so I could get in the shot. My friend Meredith Berlinski does wedding photography so I knew he could pull off this shot.

Leif - You too!

bfarr - who knew I could still jump?

lowandslow - I told people if they couldn't jump to at least do a jumping pose :)

Marcheline - Hahah!

I agree with Marcheline ,and esp.,to be able to do so,at this age,and that too with such a springy step ! I would be knowing about the aspect of jumping easily/uneasily at this age.I hit half a century of existence recently.

Namrata - I'll be 55 this week. How did that happen so fast?
