The word on the streets, from the blogs and from the tweets, is that Sean Brock of McCrady's Restaurant just won the Best Chef in the South East, James Beard award in New York.
Of course he did! Yipee! Congrats Sean.

Way to go Sean Brock. My sister had the wedding reception for her nephew at McCrady's last year. The food was awesome! At the end of the reception she and I got to pop into the kitchen and meet him. He is the best and this is very much deserved. kathy
He looks too young to be so good....I guess they are all looking younger these days. Good for him, and you, as you get to enjoy his food. Sally
