Testing, testing......

Joan's Charleston 2009 from Joan Perry on Vimeo.

Testing Proshow Gold. Let me know if it works. It's okay on my PC and unbearably jumpy on my laptop. Now I have to learn how to soft fade, pan across the photo and do all the romantic scenery stuff.

  1. Oh - I like! Tapping my feet now. Great recap of 2009!

I knew and remembered almost all of the pictures - did you sneak a few photos of yourself in there that we haven't seen before?

  4. Dude - GREAT JOB! Great pics! Great toe-tappin' music!!!

My only complaint is that the pics go by a little too fast. Is there any way to slow it down a bit so we can really check out the details?

  5. OMGosh I just found your site, it's awesome, it's fading and jumping on my computer, (more like skipping and jumping and almost crashing) but my computer is old, like me. Youtube is so much better (I think)

I never laughed so hard at your "Sleep In Heavenly Peas" post! so funny!
My favorite was: "You'll go down in listerine" hah! that and: Later on we'll perspire, as we dream by the fire.

He's makin a list, chicken and rice.

Fantastic! Worked fine for me...but do slow it down a bit. Your choice of last shot was perfect. As I was watching I kept wondering how you would end. Perfect. Love your choice of music. Bravo, Joan. Pam D.

  10. Thanks folks! I meant for this one to be zippy but what I really want to learn is the lovely panning effect. That is next.

  11. I loved it. The music was great and the photos were too. You are well on you way to starting your own production company. I didn't see you in a belly dancing costume tho : )

  13. Very, very nice. Well done.
It plays fine on my desktop. Performance will vary with each different computer, internet provider/connection and several other factors. No two readers are likely to have identical results.

  14. Great job! Worked fine on my laptop, but I agree w/ the above that it could be slowed down just a bit so we can savor every pic. Loved the final picture of you especially.

  15. bfarr - sadly I am getting enough of a belly to be a fine belly dancer.

Caroline - When you put it all together it looks like a full year!

Windviel - Thanks. You are correct. That makes the results unpredictable.

Ma' - I intended this one to be a quick review. Next up slow and sweet. This is good practice.
