It's a caladium party at Marion Square

Caladiums, Marion Square, Charleston, SC
Happy caladium chaos at Marion Square. The Charleston Parks Conservancy folks have been busy! Check their website to see other activities they are part of.

  1. Oh, this photo reminds me of our happy years in Jacksonville, Fla. Caladiums (shouldn't that be "caladia?") everywhere and date palms & massive crotons lining elegant long driveways, edged by impeccably clipped lawns of St. Augustine grass. Thank you so much, Joan. I've been a silent follower of your blog for severalonths now and this is my first post to it. Your blog always makes me miss the South, even after 40 years here in Colorado.
    Thank you,
    Diane in Denver

    2. Caladia! I like that. I have quite a few planted in my own garden. I planted the smaller white ones hoping they would look cooler. They are lovely. Thanks for stopping by Diane!
