Safely Home

Chicago Trip
Safely home! More photos to come. Thanks for all your kind comments in my absence. I spent my time walking all over Chicago seeing everything I could so will catch up with everyone's adventures now that I am back home. I have one more day off to get back on track with real life.

While I was away my handyman put in a new bathtub for me and I've enjoyed my first shower in my fresh new tub. Sweet! He has been working hard while I was away. I am delighted!

    1. You have no idea! The boys renting this house before I moved in had poured epoxy over a hole in the bottom of the tube. It sealed the hole but I was freaked that my foot might go through again, slice my ankle and I'd be found dead and naked in my tub. Messy :) I am very happy with my new white steel tub.

  6. I was there last summer, it's not a bad town! Good hot dogs and beef sandwiches. The Navy Pier was fun too!
