Works better with a dot of epoxy on the back of a quarter. I don't know many people that would pick up a dollar out of an unidentified puddle of something on a sidewalk. Ew!
My dad epoxied a nickel onto the front stoop of the house I grew up in, and I can't tell you how many times we answered the doorbell to the sight of the top of someone's head as they tried to pick up the nickel.
