The Morning After
Charleston, S.C.
My friend Scottie woke up to find herself a Congressman's mother. How must that feel? Tim Scott brought her flowers this morning as he does every Mother's Day. Congratulations Congressman!
This reminds me that when Obama's pol.career began, his mother was no longer around. If only Ann Dunham had not passed away so early. She was advanced in many of her choices. She died before terms like multi-culturalism,political correctness became a trend. The diminutive lady may have been swept off her feet by her,oh!so tall son,if she lived to see his Presidential victory.
If she's proud of having an anti-gay congressman for a son, let the celebrations begin!
ReplyDeleteAha! I don't agree with all of his positions but she is a wonderful lady and deserves to be proud today.
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with all his positions either, but sending his Mom flowers to celebrate his victory is a class act in my book!
