Governor and Jenny Sanford got divorced today. Long overdue I expect. Good luck to them both. I probably should have made it simpler and taken the family
silver when I had the chance.
What was
I doing at the Governor's Mansion? I was being honored for my heart healthy fake crab cake recipe. Naturally. :) She was snapping at him and and treating him like a stupid child, he was forced to
hula hoop for a healthy photo op and I made fake crab cakes out of zucchini and tried to steal the
silver. It was a South Carolina short story morning.
MAD awkward hula hoop pic but I love it!
ReplyDeleteI know! He was trying to be a good sport.
ReplyDeleteIs that the shark outside of the lawyers office? I think that is so hilarious. Shark...lawyer...I hope they did that on purpose
ReplyDeleteLOL on the comments! SO where's the crab cake recipe?!
ReplyDeleteWell, what can I say. I could have done without so much religious arrogance and piety on her part.
ReplyDeleteYou can't help but be embarrassed for him. He has four sons who's been watching their dad make a fool of himself. He may find those relationships very hard to mend. Right now that is not what he's thinking about but one day he will. It's all very sad.
always: It is! You are good.
ReplyDeletede: Gosh, it's been awhile. It was pretty much zucchini grated on a large grater and the rest of the ingredients of a crab cake with some sea food seasoning. It is held together with a little egg, made into patties and pan fried. I sear, if it didn't look green and you ate it blind folded it tastes exactly like crab cakes. The texture of the zucchini tricks your tongue.
Linda: I agree. She was so short and mean to him in public that day we were quite uncomfortable. I assumed then that it was a business relationship rather than a real marriage and have only seen a very lonely man whenever I saw him since then. Its unfortunate they couldn't got the divorce years ago.
