That's certainly something completely different!
I've seen it done before so every once and a while someone copies the idea for fun.
If I went out with a sign offering free hugs and there were no takers, I would be dashed!!!
The Citadel cadet is not interested in either hug.
Where is a photo of YOUR hug?! Haven't seen this activity for a long time; it was fairly common a few years ago.
